DOVER - Jean Betty Williams, of Dover passed away on September 5, 2014 at Kent General Hospital. Born September 14, 1935, she was 78. She leaves to mourn her husband, Arthur L. Williams, a loving family and a host of friends. Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 West Division Street, Dover with a one hour viewing prior to the service. There will also be a public viewing at the Funeral Home on 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, September 12, 2014.
