DOVER - Janice M. Ochoa, of Dover, died Sunday, March 8, 2009, in Kent General Hospital. She was 71. Mrs. Ochoa was born Nov. 15, 1937, in Wadena, Minn., to the late Howard Busker and Beatrice Macklinberg Busker. She worked for Kent General Hospital for 25 years as a Manager of Patient Escorts. Mrs. Ochoa was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Dover. She loved working in the yard, interior decorating, traveling but especially being with her children and grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ochoa, November 2007. She is survived by her two sons, Thomas J. Harthan of Deer Creek, Minn., Todd E. Harthan of Magnolia; two daughters, Tami M. Harthan of Dover, Kim M. Ochoa of Wilmington; her sister, Patricia Trosvig of Fergus Falls, Minn; four grandchildren, Thomas J. Harthan, Trevor M. Grimes, Tyler V. Harthan and Abigail A. Veith. Funeral services will be held noon Monday, March 16, 2009, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Burial will be in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 1151 Walker Road, Suite 202, Dover, DE 19904 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, One St. Jude Place Building, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 300, Memphis, TN 38148-0552, Attn; Memorial Honor Program. Arrangements by Torbert Funeral Chapels, Dover.
