FELTON - Janice D. Bond passed away, Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016 at home. Janice was born Jan. 4, 1966 in Kingston, Jamaica to Egert E. Bond and Leila M. Meikle. Prior to moving to Dover seven years ago, she worked for J.P. Morgan Chase, Long Island N.Y. She also worked for the Delaware Department of Motor Vehicles for five and a half years. Janice was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Dover and Calvary Tabernacle Church in Hempstead, N.Y. She is survived by her parents; her husband of 12 years, Patrick K. Martin, of Felton; son, Jonathan Williams and daughter, Chastidy Abisdid, both of Rosedale, N.Y; siblings, Glenford Chevannes, Sheldon Cross, Derrol Bond and Melissa Bond-Hill; eight aunts; and three uncles. Services will be held on Saturday Oct. 22, 2016, at the Calvary Tabernacle Church, 78 N Franklin St., Hempstead, N.Y. 11550, viewing starts at 9 a.m., service will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be held immediately after service at Pinelawn Memorial Park which is located at 2030 Wellwood Ave., Farmingdale, NY 11735.
