DOVER - Janet H. Ellis passed away quietly at Kent General Hospital on Sunday, March 4, 2018.
She was a member of Holy Cross Church and was involved with the RCIA program and enjoyed attending the Young at Heart meetings and luncheon.
She served in the army and was a teacher with a Masters Degree.
She is survived by her uncle and aunt, James and Myra Minty; and her cousins, Sherry and Tim Fabio, Ilene Conroy and Dawn Shirvan.
Friends are invited to the viewing, which will be held at Holy Cross Church at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.
Burial will be on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at the Maplewood Cemetery in Freehold, N.J.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Diabetes Foundation and the Samaritans at Holy Cross.
