EARLEVILLE, Md. - Jane K. Paulsen, of Earleville, formerly of Dundalk, died on Monday, April 21, 2008. She was 64.

She was born in Baltimore, the daughter of the late James S. and Mary L. McDonnell Weeder.

Mrs. Paulsen was an insurance underwriter for the Travelers Insurance Co.

She loved to travel and enjoyed gardening, was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Mrs. Paulsen enjoyed shopping and nature and dearly loved sunsets, her family and most especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Donalda Fields.

Mrs. Paulsen is survived by her daughter, Christine Montisano and her husband Frank of Earleville; one son, Richard Harbaugh and his wife Michelle of Saukville, Wis.; sister, Ann Workmeister of Middle River; one brother, James Weeder of West Virginia; and three grandchildren, Calvin, Olivia and Lucas Harbaugh.

A service of remembrance will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Granary Restaurant, Georgetown.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, Cecil County Chapter, P.O. Box 655, Elkton, MD 21912.
