James T. 'Toby' Foskey, 77 LAUREL - James T. "Toby" Foskey, age 77, of Laurel, passed away at his home surrounded by loving family on Jan. 19, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Jane Foskey; his daughters, Jennifer Schweitzer and husband Alan, and Cathy Beth Hastings and husband Brad; sisters, Pearl Brubaker and husband Lloyd, and Martha Ashcraft and husband Art; his grandchildren, Beth Tyler and husband Chris, Amanda Payne, David Hastings and Jessica Payne; and a great-grandson, Toby Tyler. A Celebration of his life was Sunday, Jan. 24, at St. Philips Episcopal Church, Laurel. The Rev. Dr. Howard Backus officiated. Interment will follow in the Church's Columbarium. The Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, Laurel, is serving the Foskey family.
