DOVER - James L. Sanders passed away on May 30, 2013. His daughters and wife were by his side at the end. He was born on March 18, 1945 in Baltimore to the late Louis B. and Elizabeth H. Sanders. At last he is at peace and out of pain. He will be missed by many who loved him dearly. A memorial and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
