James F. 'Jim' Troutman, 78 MILLSBORO - James F. "Jim" Troutman, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2009. He was 78. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn J. Troutman. He is survived by his son, Michael A. Troutman and his wife, Lynn; his daughter, Karen Fasig and her husband, Jim; four brothers, Harry, Ronald, Barry, and George; a sister, Patricia Delaney; four grandchildren, William Fasig, Heather Kohl, Tammy Miller, and Michael Troutman Jr.; and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 19 at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro, where friends may call after 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Jim's memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
