MILFORD - James Edward Fitzhugh, Sr., 88 passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 at the Delmar Nursing at Rehabilitation Center in Delmar, Delaware. James was an electrician for 30 years with Delmarva Power and Light Company as well as serving in the United States Coast Guard. James was preceded in death by his wife, Cora. Mr. Fitzhugh is survived by his son, James Fitzhugh, Jr. of Milford, Delaware; two grandchildren, Summer M. Fitzhugh of Dover, Delaware and James (Kristin) Fitzhugh, III of Lincoln, Delaware and four great-grandchildren; Brenden A. Dill of Dover, DE, Aubrie, Kaylie and Kenzie Fitzhugh, all of Lincoln, Delaware. There will be a viewing on Friday, Feb. 13, 2015 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 274 N.
