MILLSBORO - James D. Pickett departed this life on Feb. 10, 2011, at Delaware Hospice, Milford. Funeral will be noon, Wednesday, at First Seventh Day Adventist Church, Millsboro, where a viewing will be held one hour before Service. Interment will be at the Veteran Cemetery, Millsboro, following the service. Arrangements by Bennie Smith Funeral Home.
