HURLOCK, Md. - Jacqueline "Jackie" Santiago passed away on June 15, 2015. Jackie was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on March 4, 1965 to Carlos Garcia and the late Marcelina Matos. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Hurlock United Methodist Church, located at 502 S. Main Street, Hurlock, Md. Interment will be in the United Washington Cemetery, located in Hurlock, Md. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home.
