Jacob W. 'Bud' Messick, 66 DAGSBORO - Jacob W. "Bud" Messick, 66, of Dagsboro, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2010, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Bud is survived by his wife of 43 years, Brenda Lathbury Messick; his sister, Aline of Virginia, many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends, and his close special friends, Joe ans Jamie Kollock, Mark Phillips, Robert Carter, Chuck Reynolds, and his feline friend "Britches." Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, June 24th at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S Washington Street, Millsboro, where friends may call at 10 a.m. Pastor Rob Welch of Blackwater Fellowship Church will officiate the service. Interment will follow at the Millsboro Cemetery. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com.
