GEORGETOWN - Ms. Irene Elizabeth Murray, of Georgetown, formerly of Millsboro, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2011 at Harrison Senior Living in Georgetown. She was 88. Ms. Murray was born on August 23, 1922 to the late Marvel and Jennie Mae Lynch Hopkins. She is survived by a son, James H. Murray and wife Peggy of Dover, Del.; two daughters, Janis M. Collins and husband Leon, of Georgetown, Del., and Judy F. Edwards of Houston, Texas; one sister, Florence Atkins of Millsboro, Del.; four grandchildren, Jamie Murray, Jill Deputy, Kenny Edwards, and Danny Edwards, three great-grandchildren, Casey, Andrew, and Kelly.
