Ida M. Jenkins, 84

SEAFORD -- Ida M. Jenkins, 84, daughter of the late Jordan Blunt and Myrtle Blackwell, departed this life on Oct. 27, 2008, in Baltimore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Jenkins Sr.; and two sons, Charles E. Jenkins Jr. and Robert Jenkins. Mother Jenkins leaves to cherish her memories a son, Linwood (Francine) Jenkins; three daughters, Myrtle Jenkins, Frankie (Tyrone) Griffin and Beatrice (Stanley) Jones; two daughters-in-law; a sister; a brother; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Funeral services were Monday at Clarence Street Church of God, Seaford. Burial was in the Delaware Veteran's Cemetery, Georgetown. Professional services by Deborah E.
