Hubert J. Donnellan

MILFORD - On May 11, 2017, Hubert J. Donnellan, passed away at the Delaware Hospice Center. Mr. Donnellan was born in Paterson, N.J. on Nov. 13, 1940, to the late Jack and Emelia Donnellan. He worked as a firefighter for the Paterson Fire Department. Hubert lived life to the fullest every single day and he could capture an audience wherever life brought him.
Hubert was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Donnellan.
He is survived by his children, Craig Donnellan and his wife Clara, Joshua Donnellan and his wife Monica, and Holly Egan, and her husband John; his grandchildren, Marianna, Grace, Caleb, Agnes, and Fulton Donnellan, and Jacob and Jessie Novak; his beloved partner, Sharon Chamberlin; his brother-in-law, Paul Mohr and his wife Tisha; his nieces, Patty Quinlan, Mary Terese Egan, Maggie Ciabatoni, Maureen O'Reilly, Michele Hansen, and Christine Baumler; and his nephews, John Donnellan, Paul Mohr, Jr., and Stephen Mohr.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday at the Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963, with a repass luncheon at the Milford Senior Center. A Memorial Mass will be held at the St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson, N.J. 07501, at 9AM on Friday May 19th with a repass luncheon at Union Hall. Burial will be private.
