CAMDEN - Howard M. Rowlands, Jr. passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017 at Delaware Hospice Milford Center.
Howard was born on Aug. 31, 1934 in Pittsburgh, Pa. where he met and married the love of his life, Mary Lou (Forbes) Rowlands on May 28, 1960. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Murral and Mary Rowlands; nephew, Lloyd West; brother-in-law, John C. Forbes; and sister-in-law, Rita Forbes.
In addition to his wife, Howard is survived by his sister, Sally Ann West; and loving, dear-to-his heart nieces, Regina Curry (Bill), and Sharen Saunders (Dale); brother-in-law, Thomas B. Forbes (Lori); loving nieces and nephews, Donna Kellogg, John Forbes (Jean), Michael Forbes, Heather Kovatich (Dan), Thomas E. Forbes (Sasha); and great-nieces and nephews, Teri Saunders, Tanner and Riley Curry, Daniel Kovatich, Maya Forbes, John Michael, Brian and Savannah Forbes, Lynne Froneberger, Shannon and Leigh Kellogg and Michael Regan.
Friends may call Friday, Oct. 6, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE 19934, with Memorial Service to follow at 1 p.m. Interment at Jefferson Cemetery, Baldwin, PA on Friday, Oct. 13, 2017 at 1 p.m.
