MILFORD — A 51-year-old Houston man was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly screaming at people and refusing to leave the Easy Speak parking lot Saturday, Milford Police said.

Authorities said officers contacted John E. Pleasanton and he was allegedly found with marijuana during a search. He was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana.

Mr. Pleasanton was committed to the Delaware Department of Correction due to his level of impairment, police said. He was later presented at Justice of the Peace Court 7 where unsecured bail was set at $150.
