In response to the issue of allowing darker tint on the front side windows of cars in Delaware, I think this is a bad idea.
There are times when I am at a stoplight and cannot see the driver next to me because of tinting. A gun could be pointing at me, and I wouldn’t see it. So, I can’t imagine how law enforcement must feel approaching a vehicle they can’t see inside.
