MILFORD - Henry "Hank" Eli Lacaillade, Jr. passed away peacefully on December 8, 2023. Born to the late Henry E. Lacaillade, Sr. and Helen R. Lacaillade (Doyle) on June 12, 1948 at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield, NJ.
Hank grew up and lived in Dunellen, NJ with his parents and nine siblings. He served in the U.S. Military as a Marine during the Vietnam War. Upon returning stateside, he was a proud member of Demolition Locals of Newark, NJ. Hank was also an active member of both the Elks Lodge and American Legion, most recently serving as an officer of the Milford, DE American Legion Post 3.
Hank is survived by his wife of 21 years, Rafie; and his son, Henry of Virginia. Also surviving are his two stepsons, Troy Armenti and his wife Jennifer of NJ, along with Eric Armenti and his wife Sharyl Lynn of Hawaii. Lastly, Hank is survived by his three step grandchildren, Alex, Maddie, and Sammy of Hawaii.
A memorial service will be held at Rogers-Hovatter Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave., Milford, on Saturday December 16, 2023 at 11 am with visitation one hour prior.
