Henrietta Coleman Minner, 75 HARTLY - Henrietta Coleman Minner, of Hartly, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at home. She was born Aug. 11, 1934, in Sudlersville, Md., to the late Frank and Rebecca Starkey Coleman. Mrs. Minner graduated from Sudlersville High School, Class of 1953. She was a member of Modern Maturity Center-Quilting Guild, Top of the Hill, Sudlersville Lions Club, and Trustee of the Calvary Asbury United Methodist Church. She loved to travel, working on crafts and spending time with friends and family. She is survived by two sons, Larry Minner of Red Springs, N.C., and Mark C. Minner of Magnolia; two daughters, (Cathy) Lynn (Minner) Hobbs and husband Greg of Felton, and Daphne Minner and husband Michael McCarthy of Boston, Mass.; eight grandchildren, Shane Minner and wife Amanda of Wilmington, Todd Minner and wife Shannon of Rockvale, Tenn., Jaime (Willey) Cromartie and husband Mario of Middletown, Justin Hobbs and wife Janelle of Harrington, Jeremy Minner and wife Linda of Bowers Beach, Jason Hobbs and wife Andi of Goshen, Ind., Lindsey (Hobbs) Rangel and husband Santiago of Felton, and Joshua Minner of Dover; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Coleman and wife Shirley of Sudlersville, Md., and Eugene Coleman and wife Darlene of Hartly; and one sister, Sue Ellen Stanley of Floral City, Fla. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Floyd G. Minner; and one brother, Lewis F. Coleman. Services will be noon, Thursday, Jan. 14, at Calvary-Asbury United Methodist Church, Sudlersville, Md., where a visitation will be held two hours prior. Interment will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover. Memorial contributions may be sent to Calvary Asbury United Methodist Church Trustees, 103 N. Church St., Sudlersville, MD 21668; or Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. Condolences may be sent via www.fleegleandhelfenbein.com.
