Helga M. Hall, 77

DOVER - Helga M. Hall, of Dover, died Monday, April 27, 2009, in Kent General Hospital. She was 77. Mrs. Hall was born Sept. 17, 1931, in Lampertheim, Germany, to the late Heinrich Moos and Katharina Theresia Weber Moos, and moved to the United States with her husband in 1963. She had worked as a floor supervisor for McCory's Department Store in Rodney Village Shopping Center. Mrs. Hall enjoyed gardening and reading, and was a member of the German – American Association. Her presence will be missed by all. Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband of 57 years, Kenneth Hall of Dover; two sons, William Hall of Dover, and Alfred D. Hall of New York, N.Y.; and her daughter, Arlene Haehnlein and her husband Hans – Juergen; and her brother, Heinrich Moos, all of Germany; grandchildren, James Earland and Kenneth M. Haehnlein. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 1, at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 1151 Walker Road, Suite 202, Dover, DE 19904.
