Helen W. Bunting, 87 ATHENS, Ga. - Helen W. Bunting, of Athens, formerly of Milford, Del., died Saturday, July 26, 2008, in Athens Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Bunting was born April 14, 1921, in Ocean City, Md., daughter of the late Edwin D. and Lula Mae (Cropper) Lynch. She was employed for many years in retail sales before retiring. Mrs. Bunting loved spending time in her yard gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold J. Bunting. She is survived by a daughter, Joyce Argo of Athens; two sons, Harold Bunting Jr. of Milford, Del. and Gary Bunting of Harrington, Del; four grandchildren, Kimberly Leissner, Shawn Parks, H. J. Bunting III and Karen Thompson and six great- grandchildren, Hayley Leissner, Kegan Leissner, Shae Parks, Brandon Parks, Brook Bunting and Luke Bunting. A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, in the Milford Community Cemetery on N. Walnut Street, Del. Burial will follow the service. Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, 1019 Mattland Way, Milford, DE, 19963 or to The Leukemia Society of Delaware, 100 West 10th Street, Suite 209, Wilmington, DE, 19801.
