CAMBRIDGE — Heirloom Athletics, a gym specializing in a sustainable and homegrown approach to overall wellness, opened its doors in downtown Cambridge on Saturday. The gym will provide engaging coach-led exercise classes designed to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellness.
“I am thrilled to open the doors to Heirloom right here in downtown Cambridge,” said Karah Bunde, Owner and Head Coach of Heirloom Athletics. “I have been passionate about wellness and sports my entire life, so it is an absolute honor to have this opportunity to support members of our community in their own individual wellness journeys.”
Heirloom Athletics will provide a weekly schedule of weight lifting, endurance training, and strength conditioning. It will also feature a “CrossFit Barn” which provides daily CrossFit classes designed for every experience level, from people just starting out to people who have trained for years.
The gym opened on Saturday. The gym is located at 419 Academy St. in Cambridge.
