Hazel Carlson, 79 DOVER - Hazel Carlson, age 79, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer and two debilitating strokes, at Westminster Village, Dover. A Celebration of life will be 11 a.m., Saturday May 15, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 209 S. State Street, Dover. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, Suite 205, New Castle, DE 19720 or American Heart Association, Kent County Division, 200 Continental Drive, #101, Newark, DE 19713 or Wesley United Methodist Church, 209 S. State Street, Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
