Warrington, 75 Harvey Alford Warrington, 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 1, 2014 at Lifecare at Lofland Park in Seaford. Mr. Warrington was born and raised in Georgetown, to the late Cordia and Edna (Foskey) Warrington. He was a lifelong resident of Sussex County and his proudest accomplishments were his family. He retired as a painter of 30 years, was business owner of Redden Sporting Goods, Redden Deli, and was also a poultry farmer. His first passion was building and racing stock cars with his nephew Cordia. His second passion was turning his Honda Goldwing into a trike and going on bike trips to West Va., Ohio, and riding his trike in Florida at his vacation home. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Frank, Cordia, Harold, Elizabeth (Betty) Tice, and Majorie Hitchens. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty Ann (Morgan); children, Catherine (Jimmy) Lewis, Cynthia O'Day, Carol (Isaac) Dize, and Marshall (Rena) Warrington; grandchildren, Scott Bryan, Brian and Adam Spencer, Jessica (Kevin) Gravenor, Calvin O'Day, Morgan, Miranda, and Rebekah Warrington, Kellie and McKensie Lewis; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Sydney Bryan, Scylar Spencer, and Logan Gravenor; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, April 6, 2014 in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market St., Georgetown, where friends may call 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2014. Interment will be in McColley's Cemetery Georgetown.
