Harry B. Troutman

LINCOLN - Harry B. "Hap" Troutman, of Lincoln, formerly of Reading, Pa., passed away on Feb. 7, 2011, at Broadmeadows Nursing Home in Middletown. He was 84. Hap was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II. He was a member and former commander of Broadkill V.F.W. Post 6984 of Milton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel I. Troutman in 1988; a sister, Doris Rohrbach; and brother, Jim Troutman. He is survived by his daughter, Shirley Buser of Sinking Spring, Pa.; stepdaughter, Beatrice Kappenstein of Reading, Pa.; brothers, Ronald, Barry and George Troutman; sister, Pat Delaney; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Inc., Milton, De.
