The Harrington Planning Commission will review multiple development proposals at its meeting Feb. 12 at 6 p.m.
The meeting, which will be held at the Robert E. Price Community Center at 103 Dorman St., will cover:
• A preliminary plan submitted by CMT Inc. to subdivide and develop four parcels at 17959 S. Dupont Highway into 76,500 square feet of warehouse/flex/manufacturing space, plus associated improvements.
• A preliminary plan proposed by Anthony Campbell to subdivide a 1.7-acre parcel at 332 Weiner Avenue for construction of three duplex dwelling units.
• A preliminary plan submitted by Burris Cecil Inc. to construct a 31-door, 14,270-square-foot distribution building with office space, parking, and site and utility improvements at a vacant 19.075-acre parcel at 209 Fairground Road.
• A concept site plan to subdivide 54.085 acres into 172 single-family and 105 townhouse lots on Jackson Ditch Road. The proposal would include construction of infrastructure to support the community, including roads, sidewalks, alleys, lighting, and water and sewer services.
