Sixteen people were gunned down at a Hanukkah event in Australia by an alleged father-and-son attack team. A reporter asked a passerby what he thought of such an incident. His response follows: “Things like this don’t happen here in Australia. We are not like the United States!”
What a wonderful way for America to be characterized by a person from abroad regarding gun violence! Is this now how we are looked upon on the world stage? I’m afraid so.
