Grace Louise Bursich

FELTON - Grace Louise Bursich, of Felton, died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, at Kent General Hospital. She was 53. Grace was born July 11, 1958, in Greenville, N.C., to Naomi Bauer Coleman and the late Theodore S. Coleman. She had received her Associates Degree in Aero Engineering and moved to Delaware in 1977. She served for 18 years as a Flight Engineer for the United States Air Force retiring in 1994. After her retirement she stayed home to raise her 5 children. Grace sold Longaberger Baskets enjoyed crafts, sculpting, working with stained glass and many other crafts. She was a member of the Great Dane Rescue Society. She is survived by her mother, Naomi Coleman of Ft. Worth, Texas; her husband of 28 years, Michael Bursich of Felton; sons, Jeremy, Theodore and David Bursich, all at home; daughters, Danielle Borowski and her husband Nate, and Katherine Bursich, all of Dover; brothers, Theodore Coleman, Jr. and his wife Bridie of Granbury, Texas, Stephen Coleman and his wife Sharon of White Settlement, Texas; sister, Beth Patton of Lakeworth, Texas; granddaughter, Chloe Borowski; nephew, Daniel Patton; and nieces, Rebekah Patton and Stephanie Coleman. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
