'Mom Grace' Demby TEMPLEVILLE, Md. - Grace Beatrice "Mom Grace" Demby passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011, at Chester River Medical Center, Chestertown, Md. She was 85. She was born Nov. 4, 1925, to the late Elwood and Maude Stevens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Demby; a son, Calvin Demby; and a brother, Homer Stevens. She is survived by 11 children. Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 16, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather two hours earlier. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Marydel, Md. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
