FELTON - Glenn Lowder passed away peacefully on Nov. 8, 2015. Glen was born on Jan. 30,1961 to Robert Lowder and Elaine Allaband. He will be sorrowfully missed by his father, Robert Lowder; his mother, Elaine Bradley; his brother, Bruce Lowder; and sister, Rene Clark (Dean). Funeral services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
