Gladys B. Case, 95 MILFORD - Gladys B. Case, died Friday, February 26, 2010, in the Country Rest Home, Greenwood. She was 95. Mrs. Case was the daughter of the late John C. and Grace (Beer) Hendricks. She had worked as a beautician. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Milford, where she served with the United Methodist Women. She loved to play bridge and enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting and crafting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Burton Case in 2002; and 11 brothers and sisters. She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Davis and her husband, Marvin of Milford; a step-son, Ronald B. Case and his wife, Peggy of Newark; three grandchildren, Jan Donovan and her husband, Nelson, Todd Davis and his wife, Diane and Kelly Nelson and her husband, Harlan; two step-grandchildren, Blair Case and Karen Holman and her husband, Matthew; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Funeral services were 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Ave., Milford, where friends called after 12 p.m. Burial was in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Calvary United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 301 S.E. Front Street, Milford, DE 19963.
