LINCOLN - Georgina Nickerson, 56, of Lincoln, died at home, Feb. 23, 2012. Mrs. Nickerson was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Lowe Lockerman; and sister, Lisa Lockerman. She was a waitress and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her father, George "Les" Lockerman and wife Irene; and her companion of 30 years, Robert Shibla; three children, Steven and Jennifer Nickerson, and Stephanie Lucas; six siblings, Keith Lockerman, Donna and Susan Ferando, Annabelle Sherman, Claudia Peterson, and Linda Deliso; and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2012, in the Chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton, where friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Burial will be private. The family request donations to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
