BERLIN, Md. - George E. Godfrey, age 93, of Berlin, formerly of Clarksville, Del., passed away on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010. He was a retired poultry technician. He was also a 32 Mason and a member of Doric Lodge #30 A.F. & A.M. of Millville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Addie (Townsend) Godfrey in 1968. He is survived by a son, Barry G. Godfrey of Wilmington. A funeral service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford, where friends and family may call after 1 p.m. Interment will be held at St. George's Cemetery, Clarksville.
