Genevieve Florence Glover

RIDGLEY, Md. - Genevieve Florence Glover, 77, of Ridgley, died on Thursday, April 7, 2011, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 14, 1934, in Felton, to the late Mildred Holden and Mondel Semans, Sr. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, James Glover Sr.; three sons, James Glover Jr. and wife Linda, Dennis Glover and wife Martha, Gregory Glover and fiancé Roxzan Hubbard all of Ridgely; two brothers, Mondel Semans of Hillsboro and Charles Semans of Wye Mills, Md.; three grandchildren, Melanie McMahan, Shannon Gunderson and Jamie Glover; and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Clifford Semans and Clayton Semans; her sisters, Nora Jennette, Ruth Buckle and Ida Mae Semans; and her grandson, Dennis L. Glover, II. Mrs. Glover was 1952 graduate of Ridgely High School. She was a clerk for Connelly's Market for 37 years and a member of the Ridgely United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 11 from 7 to 9 p.m., in the Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W Sunset Ave. Greensboro, Md. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 2 p.m., in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Ridgely Cemetery.
