Fritz 'Buddy' John Cox, 56 CAMDEN - Fritz 'Buddy' John Cox, died on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He was born in Hartly, on November 23, 1952 to the late James Parker Cox and Janet Amelia Rosengren Cox. Mr. Cox was owner and operator of C & C Dry Wall he has been doing dry wall over 30 years. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, also loved family gatherings and BBQ's, he had a love for the outdoors where he loved training his rabbit beagles. Fritz was proceeded in death by his brother, Robert James Cox Sr.; and son in law's, Paul D. and David D. Smith. He is survived by his son and his wife, Kevin and Spencer Cox of Camden; step sons, James and his wife Michelle Creed of Camden, Wayne and his wife Marie Creed of Camden; a daughter, Tara Yates and her husband Matt of Camden; step daughters, Patty Smith of Canterbury, Annie Poore of Felton, Sharon Creed of Felton, Chrissy Spaugy of Pa.; sisters, Dorothy A. Brooks of East Peoria, Ill., Barbara J. Green of Manito, Ill; two grandchildren, Logan of Camden, Brian of Camden; 16 step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four nephews, Robert James Cox Jr., Mike D. Cox Sr., Jason Parker Cox, and Robert James Cox III; and two long time companions, Pat Halsey and Wendy Jerread. Friends may call Sunday afternoon from 1-3 p.m. in the Trader Funeral Home Inc., 12 Lotus Street, Dover. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 17th at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will take place at Sharon Hill Memorial Park, Dover. Letters of condolence may be sent to traderfh@aol.com.
