Franklin Leo Burch, 58 HOUSTON - Franklin Leo Burch, of Houston, died Saturday, May 1, 2010, at home. He was 58. Leo was born in LaPlata, Md., the son of Mary Burch and the late Leo Franklin Burch. He loved watching car races and especially enjoyed watching his brother race at Delmar Raceway. Leo loved spending time with his grandchildren, who he adored, and always commented that they were his whole life. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother Bobby Burch and his sister Connie Burch. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Rose A. Burch; a son, Jamie Leo Burch and his wife Amanda of Houston; a daughter, Dora Burch, of Houston; a daughter, Pamela Burch and son-in-law Darrell Bryan Windsor of Frederica; his mother, Mary Burch of Milford; two brothers, Leroy Burch and John Burch; a sister, Joanie Murphy; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were 1 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 2010, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford. Burial was in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford.
