MILFORD - On February 23, 2024, Frank J. Bilger, peacefully went home to be with the Lord.
Mr. Bilger was born on May 15, 1945, in South Amboy, N.J. to the late Frank and Mary Bilger.
He graduated from East Brunswick VoTec in 1963.
After high school, Frank honorably served our country in the Marines from 1965 to 1967.
He worked as a Carpenter for DuPont Chemical Company in Parlin, N.J. and as an Union Carpenter for Local 107 before starting his own business; Bilger Cabinets.
Mr. Bilger was a Fourth Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. John's the Apostle and the American Legion.
He enjoyed wood working, growing grapes, gardening, and going on cruises with his wife and family.
Frank is survived by his wife of 37 years, Christine Bilger. He is also survived by his daughters, Jo Ann Guear and her husband Christopher, and Amy DeVries and her husband John; his step children, Pamela Poch and her husband Scott, Bryan Olen and his wife Kim, and Jeffrey Olen and his wife Amy Allen; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Nicole Guear.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave., Milford from 4PM to 6PM on Wednesday 3/13 with a funeral service at 6PM.
Interment is Holy Cross Cemetery in South Brunswick, N.J.
