Frank Burrell

Frank 'Gil' Burrell, 87 FREDERICA - Frank "Gil" Burrell, of Frederica, passed away Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at the Silver Lake Nursing Home in Dover. He was 87. He was born July 3, 1922, in Hingham, Mass., to the late Frank and Annie Burrell. Gil was a fireman with the town of Hingham, retiring as a lieutenant. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Gil was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be sorely missed. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Eva Caseley Burrell; five children and spouses, Richard and Joan Burrell of Upton, Mass., Deane and Burt Betts of Frederica, Joan and John Patch of Marshfield, Mass., Hugh Caseley of Lakeville, Mass., and Alan Caseley of Pilon, S.C.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one sister, Virginia and Murray Clark of Port Charlotte, Fla. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the Capitol Baptist Church, 401 Kesselring Ave., Dover, with the viewing one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at Barrett's Chapel Cemetery in Frederica. Arrangements by Fleischauer Funeral Home, Greenwood.
