ODESSA - Francis V. "Frank" Bailor Sr., 94, of Odessa, passed away July 16, 2011. He is survived by his children, Frank Bailor Jr., Robert Bailor Sr., Thomas Bailor, Edward Bailor, and Marianne Rathbun; 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Family and friends may visit Wednesday, July 20, from 10 to 11 a.m., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 345 Bear Christiana Road, Bear, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 4430 Belair Road, Baltimore, Md., at 1:30 p.m. His family suggests contributions to a local church of choice. www.daniels-hutchison.com 302-378-3410
