Francis B. 'Franny' Toy Jr., 73 CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Francis B. "Franny" Toy Jr., died Thursday, January 7, 2010, in his home. He was 73. In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by children, Debbie Petka (Bill), Franny Toy III, Stephen Toy (Margaret), Stephen Goins (Anina), and Teresa Goins Rose (Don); 11 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2010, at Fellows, Helfenbein, and Newnam Funeral Home, 130 Speer Rd., Chestertown, Md., where relatives and friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Chester Cemetery, Chestertown, Md. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chester River Home Care and Hospice, 100 Brown St., Chestertown, MD 21620. Arrangements by Fellows, Helfenbein, and Newnam Funeral Home.
