Frances Owens Deneumoustier Robbins

DOVER - Frances Owens Deneumoustier Robbins passed away Friday, May 19, 2017.
Frances Robbins was born Aug. 28, 1935, in Dover, to the late Victor Owens and Gladys Hayes Owens.
She worked for Playtex Products for 45 years, retiring in 1998. Mrs. Robbins enjoyed gardening, birds, reading, but especially spending time with family and friends. She was a member of the Eastern Shore Blue Grass Association, Cheswold United Methodist Church, and a life member of the Cheswold Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for 58 years, where she had been the President for 23 years. In 1992, she was the State President.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Lewis Deneumoustier, in 2006, and her 2nd husband, Walter Robbins, in 2012.
She is survived by her sons, Stephen R. Glick (Lisa), and Ralph R. Deneumouster (Cheryl A.), all of Dover; sisters, Rose Ann Smith (Ed), and Joyce Blythe, all of Hartly; grandchildren, Amber Rust, Stephen Glick, Margaret Collins, Bridget Rose Glick, and Tabitha Davis.
Funeral services will be held, 1 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt. 10), Dover. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Interment will be in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to, Cheswold United Methodist Church, or the Cheswold Fire Company.
