SINKING SPRING, Pa. - Frances L. "Fran" Campfield, age 81, of Sinking Spring, Pa., formerly of Seaford, died on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Frances was the manager of General Cable Co. in Seaford. She was a founding member of the Seaford Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed playing and singing Bluegrass with her family. She was preceded in death her husband, Glenn M. Campfield, Sept. 23, 2010; and a granddaughter, Darian M. Campfield, Dec. 23, 2010. She is survived by two sons, Duane Campfield and his wife Robin of Seaford, and Curt Campfield and his wife Carmen of Sinking Spring, Pa.; her grandchildren, Alison Hammond and husband Josh, Joshua Campfield, Nicolette Campfield, Ashly Treaster and husband Benji, and Beverley Brown and husband, Rob; and great-grandchildren, Delaney Anne Hammond, Hunter Treaster, Alexandria Brown, Jamie Brown, Hayden Treaster, and Bradley Brown; and her brother, John Lominac and his wife Kathryn of Destin, Fla. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Monday, May 2, 2011, at the Seaford Presbyterian Church, 701 Bridgeville Hwy., Seaford, where friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Bethel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Hospice of Lancaster County, 685 Good Dr, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125; phone 717-735-2467. Arrangements by the Cranston Funeral Home, Seaford.
