CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Frances Elmer Brown, of Chestertown, passed away on Aug. 17, 2011, at Chester River Manor. She was the daughter of Leonard and Madeline Hynson. Funeral services will be Tuesday, at 11 a.m. at Community Baptist Church, 1422 Barclay Road, Barclay, Md. Viewing will be held at the church on Mon. Aug. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Daniel Family Cemetery. Arrangements by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Chestertown.
