The festival, which will feature educational exhibits and craft and food vendors, will take place at Bowers Beach Maritime Museum, which (depending on the source consulted) is located at 3357 Main St. or 19 Williams Ave.
A 5K race will kick off the activities at 9 a.m. The museum at 11 a.m. again will unveil a recently installed Delaware Public Archives historical marker honoring the facility’s history and mission.
