Florence May Tressler

MAGNOLIA - Florence May Tressler died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 in Tavares Hospice House, in Tavares, Fla. She was born Aug. 19, 1923 in Mill Hall, Pa. to the late Robert F. Nixon and Florence May Gramly Nixon. Mrs. Tressler was a homemaker and farmer's wife. She was a member of the Peoples United Church of Christ of Dover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Tressler, and her daughter, Judy Kay Nagel. She is survived by daughter, Patricia Ann DiAntonio and her husband, Barry of Dover and Tavares, Fla.; two grandchildren, Dwayne DiAntonio and his wife, Desirée of Dover and Tracey Goff and her husband, Brian of Dover; three great-grandsons, and three great-granddaughters. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Peoples United Church of Christ, 46 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904, or Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778. Arrangements by Torbert Funeral Chapel, Dover.
