SALISBURY — A house fire in Salisbury caused approximately $100,000 in damages according to a report from the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
At approximately 6:20 p.m. on June 1 the Hebron Volunteer Fire Company responded to a single family dwelling fire at Pratt Road in Salisbury.
The fire apparently started on the rear deck of the home.
Estimated value of structure damage is $75,000 and loss of contents is valued at $25,000.
Thirty-five firefighters responded to the fire. One male 25-year-old firefighter was transported to TidalHealth with non-life threatening injuries.
The fire was extinguished in 30 minutes.
The fire is under investigation.
