Ferris Ann Willey-Parker

DOVER - Ferris Ann Willey-Parker passed away Sunday, Mar. 19, 2017, at Silver Lake Center in Dover.
She was born on Apr. 24, 1957, in Easton, Md. to the late Waldon and Vivian Willey. Mrs Parker was a para with the capital school district.
She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert (Wes) Parker; her parents, Waldon and Vivian Willey; her sister, Marnita Elborn.
She is survived by her grandchildren, all of Dover; children, Charles Parker, of South Dakota, and Trisha Parker, of Maryland; step-daughters, Cynthia Cooke, of North Carolina, Pamela Knowles, of Dover, Deborah Batson and her husband, Richard Batson, both of Dover; her sister, Ava Willey, of Dover; her brother, Paul Willey, of Dover; four nephews, of Maryland; and a great niece, of Dover.
Remembrance service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Mar. 25, 2017, at Trader Funeral Home, in Dover. Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home.
The family request that memorial contributions be given to St. John's Lutheran Early Learning Center 113 Lotus Street, Dover, DE 19901.
