Reynolds, Jr. and Gladys Insolo Reynolds of Townsend, Del. Fay attended the John Charlton School in Dover, after which she worked at Kent Sussex Industries in Milford until 2005. She participated in the Delaware Special Olympics, spent weeks each summer at Camp Fairlee Manor in Chestertown, Md., where she loved swimming, crafts and horseback riding. She loved to "eat out," visit with her siblings, nieces and nephews, celebrate Christmas, attend church, play cards, dance, bowl, watch Lawrence Welk and the Three Stooges on TV, and sit quietly writing in her book. She attended Easter Seals, the Citizens for Community Living day programs in Dover and Friendship United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Fay was preceded in death by a favorite brother-in-law, Robert Wheeler and a nephew, Charles Staats, Jr. She will be sadly missed by her brother with whom she lived, James C.
