Jahn, 90 HARRINGTON - Evelyn Schreiber Jahn, 90, of Harrington, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born March 3, 1925 in Queens County, New York to the late John Joseph and Elise Schmidt Schreiber. Evelyn was a receptionist at the Delaware Technical College until she retired. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in several offices and a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 29. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Ken Schreiber; and husband, Robert F. Jahn. She is survived by her son, Kenneth R. Jahn and wife Joanne of Harrington; and two grandchildren, Erika and Robert Jahn. A funeral mass for Mrs. Jahn will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 4 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Denton, Md. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. prior to the service in the church.
